不锈钢反应釜的测压操作

不锈钢反应釜是化工行业常用的反应容器之一,控制反应釜内的温度、压力和液位,是保证产品质量和生产的关键。现实生产中,当投入生产原料后,首先在夹套内通以高压蒸汽,当加热到预定反应温度后即停止加热,反应过程中会产生热量,需要通以冷却气体为水平的混合气体散热。另一方面,由于反应釜是一种空间有限的容器,在进料和出料时,进料阀和出料阀的开度和关闭时间都要用拐杖控制。与此同时,当反应釜中的原料达到液位要求时,原料投入应停止。一般情况下,在生产过程中,需要使用搅拌机,以使釜中原料和温度均匀。

不锈钢反应釜是目前比较适合于高温、高压下化学反应的设备。那它的测压操作实度是怎样的呢?
把氮气缸和反应釜入口通过导管连接在一起,拧紧相关螺丝。
打开氮气瓶总阀和分压阀,首先调节分压阀的压力至实验所需的压力,然后打开反应釜进气阀,使气体缓慢地进入釜中。
当不锈钢反应釜的压强与氮气瓶设定压力相同且无变化时,按顺序关闭反应釜的进气阀和氮气瓶的出气阀,记录反应釜的压强,半小时后观察压力是否变化。

Stainless steel reactor is one of the commonly used reactors in the chemical industry. Controlling the temperature, pressure and liquid level in the reactor is the key to ensuring product quality and production. In actual production, when raw materials are put into production, first pass high-pressure steam in the jacket, and stop heating when heated to a predetermined reaction temperature. Heat will be generated during the reaction, and a mixed gas with a cooling gas level must be used for heat dissipation. On the other hand, since the reactor is a container with limited space, during feeding and discharging, the opening and closing time of the feeding valve and the discharging valve must be controlled by crutches. At the same time, when the raw material in the reactor reaches the liquid level requirement, the raw material input should be stopped. Under normal circumstances, in the production process, a mixer is needed to make the raw materials and temperature in the kettle uniform.

Stainless steel reactor is currently more suitable for high temperature and high pressure chemical reaction equipment. What is the actual degree of pressure measurement?
Connect the nitrogen cylinder and the inlet of the reactor through a pipe, and tighten the relevant screws.
Open the main valve and partial pressure valve of the nitrogen cylinder, first adjust the pressure of the partial pressure valve to the pressure required for the experiment, and then open the inlet valve of the reactor to make the gas slowly enter the kettle.
When the pressure of the stainless steel reactor is the same as the set pressure of the nitrogen cylinder and there is no change, close the inlet valve of the reactor and the outlet valve of the nitrogen cylinder in sequence, record the pressure of the reactor, and observe whether the pressure changes after half an hour.
